finding the answers from within.”

Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness that allows you to access the subconscious mind—where deep habits, beliefs, and emotional patterns are stored. In this relaxed and open state, you're more receptive to positive suggestions, insights, and healing.
My approach to hypnosis is trauma-informed, zen-inspired, and deeply compassionate, creating a safe and supportive space for meaningful inner work. I specialize in Parts Hypnotherapy, which helps you explore and harmonize the different aspects of yourself, and Regression Hypnotherapy, which guides you back to past memories—this life or beyond—to gain understanding, clarity, and resolution.
Hypnosis is not about control—it's about empowerment, healing, and transformation from within.
What’s the Difference Between Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is the relaxed, focused state of awareness that allows access to the subconscious mind. It’s a natural state that we all experience from time to time—like when you’re daydreaming, meditating, or fully absorbed in a task.
Hypnotherapy, on the other hand, is the therapeutic use of hypnosis. It involves guiding you through this relaxed state with specific intentions—such as healing emotional wounds, shifting limiting beliefs, releasing fears, or gaining insight. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process where we work together to support your growth, clarity, and transformation.
In short:
Hypnosis is the state. Hypnotherapy is the process.
Acceptance
Acceptance is a fundamental psychological concept that involves embracing one’s thoughts, emotions, and experiences without resistance or judgment. Rather than trying to avoid or change unpleasant emotions or difficult situations, acceptance encourages individuals to acknowledge them as part of their current reality. Acceptance is key to fostering personal growth, reducing internal conflict, and cultivating a sense of peace. It allows individuals to face life’s challenges with clarity and resilience, helping them to move forward without being held back by avoidance or denial.
Meditation
Meditation is the practice of focusing the mind to cultivate awareness, concentration, and inner calm. There are many forms of meditation, but they often involve techniques such as focusing on the breath, repeating a mantra, or observing thoughts and emotions without attachment. Meditation helps quiet the mental chatter and brings individuals into a state of mindfulness, where they can be fully present in the moment. Over time, regular meditation practice can reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, enhance mental clarity, and promote a sense of well-being.
Journaling
Journaling is the practice of writing down thoughts, emotions, and experiences as a way of reflecting on them and gaining greater clarity. It can be used as a therapeutic tool to process feelings, track progress, set goals, or simply express oneself. Journaling encourages self-reflection and can provide a safe space to explore personal challenges, uncover patterns, and gain insights into one’s inner world. By putting thoughts and emotions into words, journaling helps individuals understand themselves more deeply and often serves as a catalyst for personal growth and healing.
These practices—hypnosis/hypnotherapy, parts therapy, acceptance, meditation, and journaling—can work together in a holistic approach to self-discovery and transformation. They offer tools to explore the subconscious, cultivate awareness, embrace emotional experiences, and facilitate personal development.
