Led by Atlas, a seasoned wellness educator, hypnotherapist, and meditation coach, "This Thing Called Life" offers transformative programs that guide individuals toward purpose, inner peace, and emotional resilience. Beginning in 2026, Atlas will be traveling from Maine to Florida, partnering with retreat centers and colleges/universities to offer immersive experiences that awaken the soul and calm the nervous system.

1. Breath of Becoming: Breathwork & Future Self Hypnotherapy

Modalities: Breathwork, Future Self Hypnotherapy, Journaling
Focus: Activate clarity and confidence
Description: Breathwork opens the energetic channels, preparing participants for a guided hypnosis journey to meet their empowered future self. Journaling prompts help integrate visions and affirmations.

2. Parts of Me: Inner Dialogue Through Parts Hypnotherapy

Modalities: Parts Hypnotherapy, Art, Journaling
Focus: Understanding inner conflict with compassion
Description: Participants are gently guided to meet and communicate with a significant “inner part.” After the hypnosis, there will be time and space to reflect and journal our experience.

3. Echoes of the Soul: Past-Life Regression for Insight & Healing

Modalities: Past-Life Regression Hypnotherapy, Journaling, Sharing Circle
Focus: Exploring soul memory and karmic patterns
Description: Through a past-life regression journey, participants access wisdom from another time. The class closes with journaling and optional group sharing to process and connect.

4. Release & Renew: Forgiveness Hypnotherapy & Ritual Writing

Modalities: Forgiveness Hypnotherapy, Poetry, Journaling
Focus: Letting go of resentment or guilt
Description: A deeply healing session that combines hypnosis for forgiveness with ritual writing. Guests compose poems or letters they may never send — a symbolic act of emotional release.

 5. Loving the Self: A Self-Compassion Hypnotherapy Journey

Focus: Building self-worth and inner safety
Description: Participants are guided into a safe hypnotherapeutic space to cultivate self-love. Afterward, they create symbolic self-portraits and share their discoveries in a compassionate group setting.

6. Breathe to the Bone: Embodied Breathwork & Emotional Clearing

Focus: Emotional release and nervous system reset
Description: This powerful session focuses on deep, rhythmic breathwork to move stuck emotions. Reflection and open sharing follow to help digest the experience.

7. Vision in Vibration: Sound Bath & Intuitive Art

Modalities: Sound Bath, Art, Journaling
Focus: Receiving intuitive guidance
Description: A calming sound bath opens the creative mind. Participants then create intuitive artwork based on sensations, colors, or images they perceived during the experience. Journaling captures deeper meaning.

8. Poetic Soul: Guided Writing for Healing and Truth

Modalities: Poetry, Journaling, Sharing Circle
Focus: Emotional honesty and creative expression
Description: A guided poetry-writing workshop using prompts that explore identity, healing, and dreams. Participants may share their writing aloud in a safe circle to practice vulnerability and voice.

9. The Ocean Within: Past-Life Regression & Creative Storytelling

Focus: Transforming past-life insight into story telling
Description: Participants undergo a regression journey and then transform what they experience into a short poetic or mythic story. Optional sharing deepens group resonance.

10. Mirror of the Heart: Art & Self Love Hypnotherapy

Focus: Seeing oneself through loving eyes
Description: After a hypnosis session focused on worthiness and inner beauty, participants create a symbolic “mirror” or visual representation of their truest, most loving self.

11. "Through the Lens Within: A Creative Journey of Vision and Voice"

Modalities: Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Photography, Writing, Poetry
Focus: Release inner resistance and creative blockages,trust intuitive guidance through art, use photography as a mirror for self-awareness, translate emotion and vision into poetic expression, build confidence and community through shared creativity

Description: This two-part wellness experience blends hypnotherapy, intuitive photography, meditation, writing, and poetry to help participants unlock creative blocks and express their inner world through image and word. Participants will journey inward through hypnosis, capture meaningful images using intuition, and return to reflect and write with intention and heart.

12.Resonance & Release: Breathwork and Sound Bath Fusion

Modalities: Breathwork, Sound Bath, Sharing Circle
Focus: Clearing emotional weight and restoring harmony
Description: Begins with breathwork to stir and release emotional blocks, followed by an immersive sound bath for integration. A short circle afterward allows for gentle processing and grounding.

13. Root to Rise: Integration Circle & Journaling Ritual

Modalities: Peer-Peer Sharing Circle, Journaling, Poetry
Focus: Integrating the retreat experience
Description: A sacred closing circle where participants reflect on their journey through writing, poetry, and story. Everyone is invited to share something they are taking home with them — a lesson, a mantra, a shift.

Session 1: Positive Affirmations & Cultivating a Meaningful Life

Description:
This session focuses on the power of language and thought in shaping our reality. Participants will explore how positive affirmations can rewire the subconscious mind, improve self-belief, and inspire meaningful change. Through guided meditation, journaling, and a powerful hypnotherapy session, participants will identify limiting beliefs, reframe them, and create affirmations that align with their values and goals. This session encourages self-reflection and empowers participants to cultivate a life of purpose, fulfillment, and positivity.

Session 2: Parts Hypnotherapy

Description:
In this session, participants will be introduced to the concept of inner parts — the different aspects of ourselves that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through meditation, journaling, and guided hypnotherapy, participants will connect with these inner parts to gain understanding, build self-compassion, and resolve internal conflicts. This process encourages deep healing by integrating protective, critical, and wounded parts into a harmonious and empowered whole.

Session 3: Past-Life Regression

Description:
This session invites participants on a profound journey of self-discovery through past-life regression. By exploring past-life memories, participants can uncover patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be influencing their current behaviors, emotions, or obstacles. Through meditation, journaling, and guided hypnotherapy, participants will gain insights, release limiting patterns, and connect with a deeper sense of purpose. This session offers a powerful opportunity for clarity, healing, and transformation.
