Each class blends evidence-based practices like hypnotherapy, meditation, breathwork, journaling, and peer-to-peer reflection—creating a safe, compassionate space for healing and transformation.

From discovering your empowered future self to releasing old beliefs and deepening self-connection, these sessions invite you to explore the mind-body-spirit connection in profound and meaningful ways.

Creative Workshop Series: The Creative Unfolding

A Journey into Expression and Imagination

This six-session immersive series invites participants to open themselves to the flow of creativity through hypnosis, meditation, journaling, and community support.
Together, we explore the inner landscapes of imagination, self-expression, and authenticity—bridging the gap between inner experience and outward creation.

Ideal for anyone longing to write, paint, photograph, play music, or simply reconnect with their creative essence.
Each 90-minute session combines:

  • Guided hypnotherapy for releasing creative blocks

  • Meditation & reflection for grounding and insight

  • Journaling for integration

  • Peer sharing for connection and accountability

“The Creative Unfolding” reminds us that creativity isn’t about perfection—it’s about permission. Permission to explore, to feel, to imagine, and to express the truth of who we are.

This 3-part wellness workshop series is designed to guide participants on a transformative journey of self-exploration and healing. Combining Meditation, Hypnotherapy, Journaling, and Peer-to-Peer Support, each session offers a safe and supportive space for participants to connect deeply with themselves and others.

Session 1: Positive Affirmations & Cultivating a Meaningful Life

Description:
This session focuses on the power of language and thought in shaping our reality. Participants will explore how positive affirmations can rewire the subconscious mind, improve self-belief, and inspire meaningful change. Through guided meditation, journaling, and a powerful hypnotherapy session, participants will identify limiting beliefs, reframe them, and create affirmations that align with their values and goals. This session encourages self-reflection and empowers participants to cultivate a life of purpose, fulfillment, and positivity.

Session 2: Parts Hypnotherapy

Description:
In this session, participants will be introduced to the concept of inner parts — the different aspects of ourselves that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through meditation, journaling, and guided hypnotherapy, participants will connect with these inner parts to gain understanding, build self-compassion, and resolve internal conflicts. This process encourages deep healing by integrating protective, critical, and wounded parts into a harmonious and empowered whole.

Session 3: Past-Life Regression

Description:
This session invites participants on a profound journey of self-discovery through past-life regression. By exploring past-life memories, participants can uncover patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be influencing their current behaviors, emotions, or obstacles. Through meditation, journaling, and guided hypnotherapy, participants will gain insights, release limiting patterns, and connect with a deeper sense of purpose. This session offers a powerful opportunity for clarity, healing, and transformation.
