Ji Hyang is Zen teacher, Buddhist chaplain, and educator who has spent more than twenty years accompanying people through life's thresholds — from university campuses to hospital bedsides. She's the founder of the Maitreya Association for Buddhist Campus Chaplains, a professor of wisdom traditions, and a devoted practitioner of the Soto Zen lineage and earth-honoring traditions. ‍ ‍

Ji Hyang shares her journey from Zen practice to becoming a Buddhist chaplain and meditation teacher. She discusses the importance of mindfulness, meditation practices, and connecting with nature to foster resilience and well-being.
