You
Are
Loved
“You Are Loved” began as a phrase shared by our friend Adam Reed—originally, “You Are Loved, f**k off.” At its core, this message holds multiple truths at once. You are loved. You are love. And love does not require self-abandonment. We believe compassion and boundaries can coexist—that you can lead with kindness while still saying no thank you to harm, disrespect, or what no longer serves you. This phrase honors the fullness of being human: soft and strong, open-hearted and self-protective. Love isn’t weakness. Love knows when to stay—and when to walk away.
